There is one thing that will decide whether you reach your goal or not. It isn’t what you put in your body or what you do either, if that’s what your thinking. If you don’t have this one thing none of the other stuff really matters.
If you don’t love what you’re doing you won’t stay with it. Yes we teach you how to eat healthy and yes we teach you how to exercise properly. The most important thing we do and the thing we live for, is to help you love what you do.

Fitness is a state of mind not a destination. In our eyes once you start an excersize program you are offially an athlete.
Lots of people think that going to the gym and follwing a workout program takes some superhuman motivation and dedication. Nothing could be farther from the truth. What separates an olympic athlete from a couch potato is so ridiculous its hard to believe.
When you find out that you already have what it takes and that light goes off in your head you’re going to kick yourself for not acting sooner. Don’t worry though, it’s not too late. As the saying goes the best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago and the second best time to plant a tree is today.

Life isn’t easy and that’s the PG version of that statement. Every one of us is going through, and has gone through, things that nobody else can possibly imagine. Our mind is filled with so much pain and fear that it would take a dump truck to get rid of all of it.
