What that means is that when you go to buy food you have a 99% chance of buying something they want you to have. These companies know that sugar and high-fructose corn syrup are HIGHLY addictive. That’s why those items are in everything!!!
Sugar and high-fructose corn syrup are a shortcut from your taste buds to the pleasure centers in your brain. You actually get a high from eating them which makes you want to eat more and more of them. You literally can’t get enough and it’s not your fault!
Understanding your cravings and how to break the sugar cycle is the most important part of long term weight loss. For most people that sounds aweful! It’s almost like we’re asking you to eat cardboard, but when you see the truth it will rock your world.
